A tip for people who are preparing for ceasar, buy a binder. It is a game changer when you have CS. I couldn't take the pain without that thing, when my cousin gave me on my second day post op, I was able to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs.

Wow that was quite a tough experience for you, you really got hit with a lot to deal with! I know this was a couple years ago now, but watching a lot of your video’s just now as I’m 8 months pregnant, and happy to find an Aussie perspective 😊

My goodness, you had a serious journey! Thankyou so much for sharing it with us and sharing what helped for you. I’d be really keen to hear your experience with Emmanuel in nicu. I just wanted to also say, when you said ‘I felt Like a disabled person’ I realised that as a disabled person it upset me a little. It sort of felt like being a ‘disabled person’ is a problem, rather than feeling unable or ‘disabled’ being the problem. Just wanted to raise it for consideration - not trying to be petty or bitchy, just raising awareness to the nuance of disability 🥰
