You've given me the tools to mold my body into something I can be proud of. I really can't thank you enough, your videos are easy to understand and you always explain the purpose of every excercise which helps with my motivation when I know exactly what I'm accomplishing. I really wish you all the best
the MRI I did showed an increase in the normal lordosis of the cervical spine... How do you correct this???? The cervical spine has tilted forward due to poor body posture
@@GuerrillazenFitness You can't just force your head back if it is a compensation lower down the chain, you're fighting the body and it won't neurologically accept this
I can purposely subluxate my shoulder downwards or backwards (I don't know which direction it actually is) from the shoulder capsule. And quite often it feels like something wants to pull it in that direction. I have a muscle imbalance somewhere definitely.
I had this proble where I couldn't keep straight on my bicycle and when putting power down would veer all over the place and it's got worse gradually over the past 3 years. Through watching your videos and doing exercises I seem to have corrected it somewhat (seemed like my left hip was laterally tilted), I think I've corrected slightly because I can now tide my bike much better. Seems I might be limited by hip flexion as at the top of the pedal stroke on my old crankset (170mm length) I still get instability and currently run 165mm cranks. Is there anyway to improve hip flexion so I can comfortably operate where my knee is getting closer to my chest at the top of the pedal stroke ?
I was doing the chin tuck variant. Without pushing the roof of my tongue and as a result my neck tends to hurt when I turn my neck to far. Needless to say thank you for uploading this. Now I must train myself to follow instructions more often 😅
