1. Peanut - It's so painful it's hard to breathe. This isn't only cause of stiffness. It's also cause we're putting all our weight on a hard ball on bony parts of the body. That part of your back is all ribs 2. If we have stiff lower backs, would you recommend loosening here too? I completely get the point you're making, but wouldnt it be better to work on the stiffness in the whole back, with more of an emphasis on the thoracic zone. And of course, try to remain mindfull in how we move in our day to day lifes

damn dude i’m 22 and having hip issues! this is going to help so much. i will be trying to incorporate this one daily. it feels so relieving i can’t even lie. and hopefully it helps me in my physical activities as well too!

Every deep tissue MT I know, including myself, does some form of psoas work. Not everyone has the hand/general strength for it. It's gradual and tissue needs warm-up prior to depth.

Anna, I feel Neck strain when I do the lying knee hug. I think my upper back/neck is weak. Is there an exercise I should add to strengthen my neck.
