Today I present to you a new recipe for potato and cheese bazlama breads, they are pan-fried Turkish breads. You can make them plain or garnish them according to your choice!

🔴Recipe:
1 glass of flour (100gr)
a little less than half a glass of milk (60ml)
15 g melted butter (half a tablespoon)
1 pinch of salt
for the stuffing:
1 potato
200 g grated mozzarella
1 green onion
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Parsley and melted butter to spread on the bread.
