caster sugar 50g / 1/4cup
salt 1/2tsp
instant yeast 1tsp
potato puree 50g / 1/4cup
whole egg 1(50g+-)
fresh milk 80ml
unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
egg yolk 1
caster sugar 1,1/2Tbsp
fresh milk 70ml
all-purpose flour 1Tbsp
vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 17-20 minutes
