Potato is one of the most common foods on the Argentine table, however, despite the enormous wealth of its varieties, we still consume it today as white or black. Thanks to the incorporation of agricultural machinery and the mechanization of cultivation, the development of varieties, the demand of the consumer and the improvements in their commercialization, that little by little is beginning to change.

Alimentos y Regiones is a television program that has been broadcast on Canal Rural de Argentina for more than 20 years and reaches all of Latin America. It is a communication window for the livestock and agroindustrial sector through which companies, organizations and public and private institutions from different countries of the world make products, services and ideas known.
