Potato Gratin | Classic French Recipe by Food Better
Gratin is a technique in which an ingredient is topped with crust ,often cheese or breadcrumbs. Its originated in French Cuisine. Potatoes au gratin is a classic french side dish layered with sliced potatoes , fresh cream and cheese.
For this recipe you will need
1. Potato : 4
2. All Purpose flour : 2 tablespoons
3. Milk : 2 cup
4. Butter : 2 tablespoons
5. Fresh cream: 1/2 cup
6. Black pepper powder : 1/4 teaspoon
7. Thyme : 1/4 teaspoon
8. Parmesan cheese
