Why Idaho or why Wisconsin or why other two states that they grow in. Is that what you are trying to say. Maybe you come to Wisconsin to Heartland potato farm that grows potatoes for Lays chips and that is all they grow potatoes for.
My only concern is the use of fewer varieties and genetic engineering using gene splicing. These are super dangerous practices, and is a real threat to mankind. Modern agriculture does have some drawbacks.
