Hector is a very serious captain, who has allot of knowledge, has a really tactical mind and behaves quit strict to his crew. Jack is the kinda guy who creates chaos, always gets you into trouble and weird situations, but he always gets out of them and in the end gets more shit done. Hector is the best captain, Jack the best treasure seeker and explorer
Actually She Preffers Jack More Than Hacktor Believe Me She DUMPED Hecktor Barbosa (TWO TIMES) And Went Back To Jack And Imagine The Dutchman Doing The Same For Will Turner And Perffered Davy Jones 🤣🤣
Yeah, that's what makes them so great together. They're complete polar opposites in every aspect, from looks to costumes, attitude and problem-solving skills.
These two worked so well together, too bad they killed Hector off (twice). Would love to see more scenes with Jack and Hector, always loved the frenemy relationship.
If you look at johnny face after he crushes Geofferey's precious jewels you can see that that was accident because of his fear strucken face. :( poor Johnny
I love their banter so much. I wish we could’ve seen how barbless was as a first mate. I feel like this was a mini window into how the two of them acted
khfan4life365 - Something tells me that was an a real-life accident when they shot this scene. Either that, or these was some aggression between these two in real life, and it came out on-screen.
Jack had to grab onto the wheel with both hands, while all Barbossa had to do was merely tighten up at first. Gives you an idea just how strong Barbossa actually was, even though he had a slender frame and was probably at least in his early to mid-fifties by that point, which for those days was old. Even in their first fight to the death in Curse of the Black Pearl, when Barbossa got a chance to land a punch in on Jack, all he had to do was land one punch and he could knock Jack on his ass with relative ease. Jack was arguably much more faster and agile, but then he was younger; my guess would be by a good twenty years, whereas Barbossa was a powerhouse.
Dude! I didn't even know about this deleted scene! OMG this made me laugh so hard! XD Jack and Barbossa act like children when it comes to being captain of the Black Pearl lol LMAO
@21jumpstreetcrazy according to the dvd gore deleted it because in the locker the pearl is back to normal *whole* in this part theres the hole after the come back from the locker lol xox lov barbossa and jack the only reason why i saw 4.
Interesting observation! You don't suppose the writers did that on purpose? Because it would really fit in with the theme of their storyline, Jack being the rightful ("real") captain of the Black Pearl and Barbossa stealing the title via mutiny (the "false" captain).
Here's something to think about: Jack and Barbossa may both be captains, but of the two, Jack looks (historically speaking) more like a real captain, with Barbossa looking much more like the captain in an adventure novel. Still, Barbossa looks much like a real pirate captain; sort of a merging of fiction and truth. It's a double-edged sword.
Mmm, very good, and because Jack is a "leader of men", doing the dirty work himself alongside his men, while Barbossa just stands to the side, lets his men work, and looks pretty. Well, not *pretty*, per se, but still... Jack represents the hard labours of being a pirate and the joys that follow, as he is not as dandified as Barbossa, who symbolises letting your men do the hard work and you do nothing, but looking all the more legendary for it.
