Sounds amazing! Especially that middle position sounds great, like you said its like a grand piano! The old pickups don't sound bad or anything in the A/B, but the neck pickup I noticed immediately is tighter in the low end, more articulate and clear. Fantastic man, might have to get some of those Sunbear pickups sometime!
I've never seen someone alter the value of a pot like that. Very Interesting! I may give that a try with some gibson pots I have. Does it alter the taper at all ? Is there anything to look out for? Thanks for any insight!!
You’re removing so little material that it doesn’t change the taper. Just make sure to use a finer grit than what I used and make full passes over the carbon. Then nothing can go wrong!

I always use cheap ass bike light wiring for my guitars. Why? Because it really doesn't matter at all. Even if it is 1 or or 2 metres, still too short of a distance to really make a difference in terms of signal loss. Learned this from a good friend who is an elektrical engineer. It saves me a good amount of cash when working on guitars.
Wowww what a HUGE difference between the pu’s. The PRS sounds dull and soulless (as we know PRS) but the others, ohh man, they are pure vibrating soulful energy. Bravo…
