Fantastic video. I teach (not coach) at Kingfishers SC Scarborough, UK and we had a great weekend last week with some coaches from Kingston on Hull SC who ran through a number of these drills with some of our top squad swimmers. The difference in their strokes was visible even after a 30-40 session, including my sons as he's typically very flat in the water. Quick, but flat. He was both at the end of the session. There's true progression through all the drills shown in this video and I'm looking forward to working with the various groups of swimmers I teach on a few of them (and some of the other videos too.)
Glad you found the backstroke drills video helpful. My fly drills vid is good too. I invented the "Float-Pull drills" very good to learn timing of breathing in fly!!

i know this video is old and the OP might not see this but maybe someone else could help me....am I supposed to do all of these in one work out? Or start with just the first few and move on to the subsequent ones in other workouts? or should I just pick and choose the ones that I feel could benefit me the most?
These drills are supposed to be done in sequence from number one through the end. Once you go through them all several times then you can start to pick and choose but they should always be done in sequence. Drills are not Intended to be anything strenuous newest as far as training and getting you in shape. They are intended to help you develop a smoother smoother stronger faster more competitive stroke over time.
