POTS Limitations | March 

Okay.... I’m finally posting the videos.
I went back and forth forever on if I wanted this part of my life out for everyone to see. The conclusion that I came to is.....why not? They're real, things that I went through, things that I got through, and things that I know other people are going through now or may go through in the future. I remember how alone and lost I felt when I first was told I had POTS. I didn’t know anyone else dealing with it. And the video I found only showed people who where doing better, but not the struggle that they more than likely went through to get there.
So, hopefully these videos help someone out there feel less alone. Know that the road can be bumpy and hard but to keep going because you're not going through it alone :)
