POTS Treatment Center Review - A15-Year Old's Story 

I am VERY relieved to listen to your story and I hope you have continued to get better since the time you made this video. Thank you for sharing your very personal story, I have had dysautonomia/POTS for ten years (diagnosed 6 years ago) and, like so many others with this condition, have experienced so much physical and psychological trauma--but have also encountered many lovely people like yourself and have developed over time an excellent team of truly helpful and caring doctors. Then two days ago I had a pseudo-seizure, one which was terrifying to me. I completely lost control of my arms, legs, and hands, which began flailing in all directions and my hands trying to grasp my husband who was close to me. All I heard were screams coming out of my mouth. And the scariest thing of all was that I had never had a seizure in my life and so I had no idea what was happening to me. After reading about pseudo-seizures and now hearing you make the connection with POTS, I am feeling much more grounded. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to the rest of us with POTS!
