Those are so cute and brightly colored. It must be a boy as you say. The boys also carry the babies in their mouth while they grow.

Making holes (for hanging fish, ornaments, decorations, etc.): I reuse plastic straws (you can get a variety of sizes anytime you order a drink - smallest I've found are coffee/cocktail stir sticks at convenience stores). Press in to make your hole, and twirl as you lift (very clean!). No need to clean the straw out. If making many holes, the clay will travel up the straw. If it becomes clogged, cut it off; or just let it dry and shake out those lovely little beads for filling rattles. Hope this gives back a little of what your videos do for me. Forever thanks.

Love your videos! Good news on hubby. This summer I did a lot of vinyl stencils on small plates- sea life, flowers, and Christmas. After rolling them on, I dipped my fingers into my slip and added more slip and touched them with a finger tip pat to give the sea critter, flower, Christmas star/wreath more dimension. I really like the way they turned out. Love yours with the added dimension of your stamps, too! Thanks for all your lessons.

Good news in regards to Hubby moving in the right direction. Very pretty seahorse. Would be absolutely darling in a sea themed kids room. Think I'm going to do some hot air balloon ones in the same vein for kids rooms Thank you and thanks Vaughan for the inspiration 🙂💕

What an awesome idea to use the stencil!! I have sooo many stencils from my mixed media and scrapbooking days!! I was yelling at you to add the cornstarch first!! Lol The stencils are sold out right now. I wonder who made that happen? I’ve watched every single video that Vaughn has made!! I can’t believer how extensive his knowledge of clay is! He does sooo many different types of work and it’s soo awesome having someone share that all with us!

Gorgeous!.... and yes would love to see your clay shed being built? So glad Hubby is going in the right direction ....I suggest you tie him to a chair as he oversees the project to stop him playing with 'Man Toys' i.e. drop saws and nail guns etc! 😜
