Necessary Ingredients
1 green pepper
1 cup canned corn
4 eggs
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
chili pepper
Black pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon butter
100 g mozzarella cheese
A pinch of parsley
Fry canned corn in butter for 1 minute. Mix the egg, breadcrumbs, pepper and spices thoroughly and pour gently over the corn. Cook on low heat with the lid closed for 5 minutes. Then add the cheese and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot by adding parsley on top. Enjoy your meal. ;)
