Pour 5 eggs into bread and you'll be amazed at the results! Simple and delicious
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
2tbsp Unsalted butter
2 slices of bread
Salt and blackpepper
20g Green onion
2tbsp Tomato sauce
100g Mozzarella cheese
1 Tomato
10g Parsley
Olive oil
Recipe:
Crack five eggs in a bowl
Medium heat
Melt 2tbsp unsalted butter in the pan
Rip 2 slices of bread in the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Place in a bowl
Pour the eggs in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Mix well
Chop 20g green onion
Add into the bowl
Medium-low heat
Pour olive oil in the pan
Pour the bread mixture in a pan
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Flip over
Spread 2tbsp tomato sauce
Sprinkle 100g mozzarella cheese
Slice 1 tomato
Place the tomato slices on top
Salt and black pepper
Chopped 10g parsley
Sprinkle the parsley on top
More cheese
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Done!
