Cast first half of the beam then go back on the other half to ensure proper placement of concrete. Do not let it flow, it will create honeycombs even if you use vibrator improperly.
The slump of concrete is determined by filling a cone of concrete and removing the cone how many inches the concrete sags down is the slump so a four inch slump sags down four inchs.
⚠️ quell'armatura messa al centro non serve a niente, il ferro lavora benissimo agli estremi, per la tensione, lasciando i cm2.5 come copriferro, il cls lavora a compressione benissimo. Getto non a norma ( fluido ).
Aluminum forms. Had a set of Wall Ties, 8' and 4'. Miss a tie, have a blowout. Aluminum forms. Fastest, in setting and stripping. And the finish. 👍🏻 Choice of professional foundation/basement contractors. You've been learned. 🙏🏻🇺🇸✌🏻
@@darrellbolinsr6851 how do you straighten the wall before and after the pour so framers have a nice straight, plumb and square foundation to work off of?
Walls and steps are the 2 things I hated doing. Walls becouse they are just so monotonous putting up and taking down and cleaning forms, fuck that. Lol. And steps.. well becouse we did big ones like at schools and shit. I know it was rate but still
@@Bennysol very good observation, also he should be filling up the bottom up by layering it rather than letting the concrete to flow from top to bottom, he will be getting segregation the way he’s doing it causing more aggregate (sand, stone) at the bottom layers and cement at the top.
