Thanks man appreciate your support👍🏼 At the moment stock downpipe, sec cat delete, res delete and muffler delete. So straight pipe pretty much only the primary cat in place. Definitely more videos, especially POV's coming soon. Im just stuck in the office too much. I barely drive my cars. Done only like 10 500kms in almost two years of ownership🤦🏻

Nice! What have you done with your exhaust so far? Just a muffler delete won't do much. I have been through every exhaust setup possible. Two best options are catless downpipe+ muffler delete, stock resonator OR stock downpipe and full straight pipe thats my current setup and I think its perfect 👌

Thank man! 😁 My car is a 2021 so also under warranty still. Plenty of AW GTI guys I know running this setup with no issues at VW. Ofcourse you can't uphold VW to your exhaust warranty but the rest sticks. As long as you don't do a downpipe or tune anything to trigger the CEL you are fine. More sound is a must out of this car. I just couldn’t justify spending so much money on a car when it sounded the way it does from factory. Just fast is not enough for me in a car 😅.

😅Bro my car is a 2021. For later model years VW made the cars a lot milder for emissions. So no pops on overun😔 Probably I will add them when I tune the car next year after my warranty is up!😁

@WAWA_GTI Yep! Huge difference! There were no DSG pops at all until I deleted that secondary cat also.

There is a possibility of your being tuned in the past, especially if you were not the 1st owner. Dealers tend to hide the fact that a car might be tuned. Though I do know that the first model year stock software did have burbles and pops and bangs in sport mode. Unfortunately in 2019 the OPF became mandatory in the EU so VW turned everything down to accommodate the more restrictive exhaust. 2020 onwards cars sound very mild from factory. 2018 was without doubt the best sounding car👌

my 2018 gti did pops and bangs with stock software so dont worry. Now i got stage 1 tune, 3" downpipe with 200cpi cat and 2,5" straight pipe valvecontrolled catback system which sounds brutal. Greetings from germany✌

Hey bro, how you doing. Yep, we don't require OPF on our cars in South Africa. Full straight pipe. I only have the primary stock catalyst on.
