Beautiful Z34! I aspire to get one myself too later down the road and boost it as well so it can still be a daily drivable touge monster. BTW I just discovered you channel! I like your recording style! No music, no other unnecessary editing stuff that's irrelevant. Just pure 370Z ASMR! I've never driven a sports car and I've always wanted a 370Z so bad since I was in my 20s. I think it would be a great beginner project car to get into in my 30s. Not to mention way more affordable and modify than a GTR!
s2000 is prb a better touge car for a daily as the 370z is a bit nose heavy. i can very much tell u my 350z feel heavy thru the corners, unless u dial the suspesion in and i woudl assume that would be alot of money. jsut a little heads up
The 370z is the car you get when you've matured past the "disturbing the peace in my trumpet 350z" but still haven't grown up enough to move on from the platform and the VQ engine. The 370z is the gentleman's z car you can still disturb the peace but now more respectfully so
Oh yea for sure. It’s also realizing that ur not a cop in ur ford crown. And it’s time to grow up and get somthing more mature instead trying to fulfill that dream of being a cop as a kid. Prb got more speed felonies the the average vq owner who knows. If you ever driven a 350z and 370z you would know they drive the same but ig ur just stuck driving ur Ford crown. Sucks for u but be humble tho
@@user-iz7wr6sw6x you do know in just joking about 350z and 370z owners right? I know not all of them play into the stereotype. And if u really would like to know yes i would have more speeding violations if i actually got pulled over (which i dont) but i do go 90 mph in the left lane on highways all the time because everyone gets out of my way. And as far as maturing goes ill most likely end up buying an ex police Ford Explorer (FPIU) if you count that as "maturing"
@@SAMPLETEXT285 it didnt come off as a joke to me. if have the need to make a joke go be a comedian, u would make money doing it too XD. in all seriousness it sounded like u were trying to degrade my opnoin so yea. no hard feelins
I don’t know my exact MPG, but I do know on the highway I can average 23-24 mpg. There is no eco mode unless you drive economically lol. You’re only going to be able to use premium gas as well. I never let my car go below a quarter of a tank either just for my fuel pump’s sake. I’ve had mine for a year now and all I have done is change the tires and get oil changes. If I were you, go 2014 and up. 2012 and below have been known for steering lock issues as well as the gallery gaskets and if you get a manual, it will almost always have a CSC issue unless the slave and master have already been upgraded, as well as the clutch components. The CSC issue applies to all years that are manual transmission. I drive an automatic though and I have a blast with it. I have the base model, but if I could’ve picked a better option for myself, I would’ve went 7AT sport package for the limited slip diff, better brakes, and other goodies. I still love my car regardless and it will still get down when I put my foot down. Also don’t go past 3k RPMs until your oil is at 180 F. Always make sure your oil level is good too. Check for codes and ask questions about them if you find any. Hope this helps and good luck on your purchase!
fuck, you're probably right MANN ugh - I have been dreaming about the Z too - I heard them drives are insanely fun - turns are so crisp @@finnnyyyyyy I get paid next week and my whole life journey begins man lol. Imma bookmark this and keep you posted ! Thanks for the video fam!
@@finnnyyyyyy I got the Z :) ... the 2023 Z!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO that shit is a BEAST [maroon, black was gone when i got there. sport] edit: it's super small, if y'all seen a ford fusion it's smaller in height, but them HIPS
I'm a two-time VQ owner (G35/G37 coupes) and seriously considering a used Nismo Z34 7AT (nerve damage in my left leg sadly) as a gift to myself. Tell me, VQbro, how do you say the Z34 holds up as a daily?
It honestly makes for a really fun daily... and the fact that this engine is pretty much bulletproof makes it that much better. Nissan makes a solid vehicle as long as you keep up with general maintenance. Fuel economy isn't great but that's not why you buy this car lol. I am not sure how the 7AT's hold up compared to the 6MT, but I would say they are solid as well. Life is short get the car :)
Ill chime in even though you werent specifaclly talking to me. I love my 2009 370Z 6MT. It has excellent power and is probably one of the best looking most fun cars for the price. However, the blind spots are definently something to get used to. You also have to remember its a 2 seater so not much space in there. That being said I daily mine and have an absolute blast. Hope you get one good luck man!
Ill also chime in and say i have a 2018 Nismo 7AT which compared to manual is not much different besides just banging gears but all around great cars for back roads and canyon runs and fun runs like it was said they just need to be maintained properly . The nismo and sport models come with upgraded suspension and bigger brake kits compared to the base and the nismo has a better aero kit on it as well.
@@applesauceispie3482 Those nismos are beutiful. Mine is the touring sport model so it comes with most of the performance things a nismo has. Yet still my only regret is not buying one from nismo. That body kit it amazing
Continental extreme contact sport, but I’m getting close to the end of life on the rears… I may switch to something else but I’ve got lots of life left on the front and I don’t really want to get new tires all the way around lol
