Before anyone says anything about it they definitely had masks and I 100% told them to wear them. PLEASE leave comments telling them to wear masks in attics around insulation.

Us HVAC guys like to do dumb things on occasion, like not wearing masks. Part of the footage I edited out they literally talk about not wearing them. Public shaming seems to be the only way to create change

As someone who has been doing this work for 10years plus now.. I can definitely say that wearing a mask in those situations is a judgement call. Me personally it's a comfort call, I am more comfortable breathing without a mask on my face. You can lead a horse to water but you would drown it if you forced it to drink. Public shaming only leads to displacement of the individuals sense of belonging. Live and let live. A happy worker is a productive worker.
