I think it would be bit more difficult for service to do it because service interacts with the customers. And customers might not appreciate a camera strapped server despite the legality of the scenario.

I always find my self watching these videos right before leaving to cook on the line my self. I always love watching POV videos of high end or professional kitchens as it really shows the amount of teamwork and concentration that goes into working in a kitchen. Keep up the good videos!

I love how you almost never spill any food or sauce when laying it on the food. Especially at 12:50, i was just waiting and waiting for you to make a single drop from that yellow and green sauce. So clean and precise. Really cool and i am very impressed.
