I'm a Millennial. Very few of us think we look young. We're all incredibly stressed all the time. I developed varicose veins early from being on my feet in poor shoes at work all the time. I have laugh lines. Hair is starting to grey under my ocean of hair dye. I'm starting to get crow's feet. They stopped carding me at liquor stores 6 years ago. I just turned 30 this year. I WISH I had the capacity for this level of delusion, it would distract me from the fact I'm aging faster every year lmao
These people think Gen X is the same is Millennial. You have to forgive them, they missed two years of education due to Covid. They aren't the brightest.
Exactly! My brother is a millennial and he's the same age as this woman give or take a year , she just looks bare older than him, I think it's the lack of fat in her face she ain't gonna age well

Okay, but I was born in the 80s and I really do look younger than my age ...to the point that teachers at the university I work thought I was at least 10 younger than them. 🤦♀️
I don't hold it in high regard. I hate it. Even when I'm dressing identically to my nearly 70 year old mother, people assume I'm not even 20! I. Am. An. Adult. I have a mortgage ffs.
I started getting grey hairs at 23… it was very stressful for me cause my mom had been grey for as long as I can remember and she’s average age, had me at 19. Anyway, scared me to death cause I didn’t want to be 90% grey when my kids and I were still young ya know. Now I got a nice glitter stripe right in front…I just keeps growing! But people still think I’m younger then I am. Which is A OK with me! I’m not too worried about my age… yet 😇😊
I mean let's think about this. As a 31 year old who often got mistaken as a teenager when I was clean shaven and taught high school, I have some observations. We don't smoke, we drink only every so often, we eat fairly well, we exercise (the amount of people in the gyms, dance studios, yoga, pilates, swimming, hiking, etc. is ASTOUNDING) , and we get between 5-8 hours of sleep nightly. We also aren't bending to the hustle culture of older generations and seeking out jobs that are fulfilling and fairly flexible. So yea, we do look REALLY good for our age.
My fiance just does not seem to comprehend how im a year older than him (Im 30) and havent really aged. I was like homeboy ive had an anxiety disorder since I was 5 that went untreated. This is years of inmitigated cortisol. I dont grey from stress cause I'm the hulk, I'm always stressed. Also I still have my pre pubescent cheeks so my face still looks young

Tbh i think people often assume you're younger if you're a woman who isn't wearing any makeup. I never get ID'd in makeup, but always when im barefaced.

I know this is all a joke, but I legit get asked my age constantly because I talk about life stuff that makes no sense coming from a college kid. Except I graduated in 2010. I find it deeply amusing though I do wish I looked more my age. (My gym is connected to a college. Most of the confusion occurs there. College kids are maybe 10% of the routine gym goers, us old farts are the other 90%.)
I went from 0 greys to 5 to idk not too visible but more than 5 but spread out enough to need to be payed attention to to notice let’s not curse it for more in 3 months maybe less and I’m displeased with it as I have finally figured out how to take care of my loose curls and it now has this happening ulk Let’s decide women can be silver foxes too
