My uploads are few and far between - I haven't been able to drive as of late. Here is a classic Cummins ISM + Voith D combo from footage I recorded in late 2020. This is Shuttle-UM's 9006 running late evening service.
Eugene, you don’t know how appreciative we are of these vids. No one else really does content like you over here in the US. Keep it up man. I wish there were more vids like this out or at least, bud review vids like they have on cars. Too bad transit operators don’t like the public’s inside view on what they have outside of a ride or service.
Truly excellent work, Eug'. There is such a dirth of transit content, the people are crying out for more, and you are are the sole provider that can give us the content we need. Keep on truckin', or should I say, bussin' 🚌
What's going on, Eugene? I certainly hope everything's okay. Another awesome sounding video, my friend. I even like the rattles on this one! LOL By the way: Is this a 35 or 40-foot coach? :-D Hope to hear more, my man. Take care of yourself!
Hi Anthony - I just don't have the time these days to record new material! I also don't work for the university anymore on a regular basis. Everything is good - hope you are as well.
1:45 if This bus was in Hyatt hotel that I Stayed in Los Angeles near by LAX, That bus would be taking me and my dad to LAX Airport terminals, and I would hear this sound and I would see full LED Lighting, and Blue display signs. and I would say: I didn't know Hyatt hotels have Big Transit busses. and I would put my bag that I packed on the baggage area, and Me and my dad would be sitting in the bus seat in the back and I would feel some vibration
one of my biggest pet peeves is when people use their turn signal ENTERING a traffic circle (aka "roundabout"). Obviously you're turning right into a traffic circle, it's critical to use your turn signal LEAVING a traffic circle not entering. Gives me doubt they know how to operate a traffic circle at all...
When I got my commercial driver's license, I was taught to signal before entering a roundabout as well as signaling to leave the circle. More specifically, I was taught to signal LEFT entering the circle, as I would be merging into traffic. The real problem is the lack of consistent driver education in the US.
