Working over at Host Hoylake again today and thought it would be fun to display what the orders are in the top left corner. Let me know if you guys enjoy this and I'll be sure to do it more. Subscribe for more!
Connor, thank you for the new video from Host- Hoylake. An excellent idea, including the orders. Many other baristas, on RU-vid, do the same, and it helps the viewer follow along with the workflow. Shout out to the staff at Host!
The mocha at 16:45 looks so decadent and perfect, really well done! Love your videos so much ❤️ I'm also an experienced barista but I still love to watch your videos to gain more skill and technique!
I would venture into saying that the latte is the equivalent to the "café con leche", and the "lágrima" is the one you drink that has much more milk than coffee (here in Argentina at least). It's interesting to know all of the coffee terms that different places offer to us. Great video, take care! Btw, here in Argentina a lot of new, fancy coffee places have adopted the English terms for different coffee options you can have (latte, espresso, etc)
Just wondering, how does your barista schedule work? Do you have a manager that tells you which cafe to work at on which day or something? Since you arent working at one cafe as a permanent staff it seems. Love the videos by the way. Ive been trying practice my latte art at home recently and some of your videos helped a lot😅. When i visit London one day ill probably visit Storyline for a drink or two.
The coffee shop I recently started working at refuses to print out the orders to save money on printing paper, and doesn't wash the milk jugs after each pour, to save milk?!
What coffee machine do you use my man or what’s your whole set up I would like to join the coffee clan like you and have a beautiful set up like you one day mahalos my man !! 💯🤙🏻🙏
Hi, I already bought a Lelit Marax, I am in love with it but I have a problem. I do a correct simple puck prep with a fine ground (I tried multiple settings with a eureka mignon oro sd) but I cant get the pressure of the machine high. It just extracts the coffee the whole time pretty fast and with 3 bars of pressure. I blind tested it and it gets just fine to 9 bars, which is what I am hoping for. Any suggestions?
