here's several things to try Test out a natural remedies for plantar foot. Something as simple as ginger root, which can be bought at your drug store, is a great anti-inflammatory. Ginger root is in a group of plants known as Cox inhibitors. This means they prevent inflammation naturally. Another natural remedy for pain is Bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme got from pineapples. just drink the raw juice or eat raw pineapple, you can gt advantage from the properties of Bromelain. Lori thank you for your educational videos! My mother is a diabetic and has gone to nail salons where they have cut her toes, chemical burned her, and cut the sides of her toe nail thinking it was ingrown when it was impacted. Since watching your videos I have been doing my moms toes and cleaning them up really nice without cutting her cuticles. Your techniques are very safe and effective! Thank you!

I just love your videos. I'm not a professional but your tips are so helpful! I've always done my own manicures and pedicures since I can't afford otherwise and I find it super relaxing to do. Your tips about thick polish and cuticle removal are fantastic.

Chaye I love that about her as well. Majority of beauticians I come across rush, it's rare to find one who takes their time, pay attention to details this much and makes the customer comfortable. It's almost like you are begging some despite paying.

I love how professional you are and how well you execute the job on your clients nails even those with discoloration and/or a potential fungus. I just don't agree with the "no gloves" thing. your work is great and good job on not hurting your clients.

When I perform a pedicure a lot of my clients they kinda tense up and resist when it's time for me to dig underneath the toe nail and side walls to get any skin or dirt that might be there it just makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong, and mind you I'm being very very gentle when doing that step. Love love LOVE your videos they are very helpful for me thanks for posting!

I wish you were closer to Maryland. I need this done so bad but I have ingrown nails and they hurt me so bad sometimes if I may ask who would I look for to this a regular nail salon wouldn't do this kind of work right? Thank you for your time your work is awesome!!

+Scorpio Love81 As long as your nail is not infected a regular salon should have a licensed nail tech that could do it. I would call a few salons and ask how long the nail tech has been doing pedicures. The more experience they have the less intimidated they will be with the situation. 😍

so i have bad cuticles and dead skin and i got some cuticle remover and it works nothing like this! it was able to let me push them back without pain but it was still attached. what should i do? i never cared for my nail cuticles before but now i want to start having pretty nails, but im scared to use cuticle clippers, i ended up using them so i didnt have hanging dead skin and i know a lot of people say not to do it cuz you can hurt yourself ( and im clumbsy ) i want something thats gonna melt the nasty dead crap off like this D8 what kind of cuticle remover do you use? am i using it wrong?

When u started doing the second big toe you made a comment that there is a little bit of fungus starting. Were you referring to the darkened area down towards the cuticle area? On that same toe was her toenail becoming embedded?

+Cyndilouwho xo No, fungus is under the nail and microspores can not survive in a chemical solvent environment.

+Jennifer Pendley I talked to a scientist from the University of Michigan a few days ago and asked if he would test my bottle of base coat. He said he could but there would really be no need. There was no way any form of life could survive let alone grow in it. You have to submerge your tools in a hospital grade disinfectant for 20 min to kill any bacteria.
