Your persona makes me feel so calm and peaceful, like everything is going to be alright. Thank you for taking us along to enjoy your wonderful work environment
Yes, it is a great helper! We also have it because it is much quieter than banging the portafilters - so it is big difference for the overall vibe! :))
Always love the videos and I appreciate the smooth communication between you and the staff!! Not everyone can be that nice during stressful times. Gonna subscribe to your newsletter for more content 😅
Thank you for your sweet comment! It is a very underrated aspect of this business - a smooth and polite communication can make a huge difference in the vibe at the workplace!! :))
Thanks for the nice comment! We'll gonna try to film something in our bakery in the future - but there is a lot of downtime during the baking - so not sure how interesting it would actually be... but we'll try :))
Hi there! I really like the vibes of the coffee shop, how you handle stuff and people (staff and clients) and also the simple newsletter that I've just subscribed to ✌Hope I can visit you guys one day there! Also I got inspired and borrowed the ricotta mix idea at home. It's awesome! Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for your kind comment! Glad you tried your version of the ricotta mix - it is really really nice! And yes, maybe we'll see you up here one day! Greetings from Denmark! :))
Your videos are so relaxing, I binge watched them all. I would love to visit someday. Lots of love from India 🇮🇳 never stop posting these videos, it calms down my anxiety. Sending you lots of positive vibes and love ❤️
Thanks for the interest! We already have one video about our morning prep - showing a bit of what you are asking about. But we definitely plan to do more about these things sometimes in the future! :))
I always look forward to your videos! Do you have an online shop and can ship the cups? I would love to purchase a few. I am in the US. Love the video, as always!
Hey there! Thank you so much for your kind comment! And yes, we'll be happy to ship you some cups - just please send us an email and we can arrange it there :))
Good question! That is because some from our team (including us) are internationals - as well as many of our customers are international tourists. Therefore English makes the most sense. :))
We have a small preparation space downstairs - that we call "our bakery". We have a POV video from there - it is called "POV: Morning prep in our coffee shop" :))
Thanks for another video. I have two questions: - You speak English with everyone. Is this a super urban area with only tourists? Or have the Danes given up on the Danish language? ;) - And if you are in an urban area, I'm surprised how few people order vegan milks - some coffee places I frequent or watch here on RU-vid are at about half/half or even more vegan than cow's. Interesting.
Hi there! Thanks for the curious comment! :)) We speak primarily English because some from our team are internationals as well as many of our customers are international tourists. Therefore English makes the most sense. :)) And when it comes to the oat milk question - these videos are just a snippet of our day - so they can easily misrepresent the real ratio of milks used during the whole day. With that being said, Denmark is definitely a little bit slower in the "oat milk trend" compared to some other places around the world. But we definitely can feel it increasing in the last few years. And btw, we are located on the Danish west coast - in a tiny touristic harbour village - so VERY far from "an urban vibe" haha. Hope that answers your questions. :))
of course, happy to answer fun questions! And yeah, it is a tiny village in the winter months - but summers can be very busy due to all the tourists visiting the area! So it somewhat becomes an urban vibe... :))
Good question! That is actually because some from our team are internationals as well as many of our customers are international tourists. Therefore English makes the most sense. :))
Thanks for watching! And no, we don't put any chocolate on our coffees - it is not really a thing in this part of the world and also not in this style of coffee shop. Since we use really high-quality coffee beans - it would be really sad to cover up their flavour characteristics with something else. Hope that makes sense. :))
