We had a pretty small Instameet going on. No worries we managed to keep are distant from each other. I had a blast shooting some photos with them. Unfortunately my Go Pro kept dying on me so I wasn't able to capture a lot moments. Next time I'll bring some extra batteries or an external battery.

So the crop factor applied right? 85mm x 1.5 = 127.5mm Any difference in the aperture or still able to shoot at F1.8?

It’ll still bet a 1.8, but yeah it’s basically a 128mm. If you want a actual 85mm, j get a 56mm 1.4 crop version

I have a Sony A6400. And i was looking for a portrait lens. I found the Sigma 56 mm f1. 4 And the Sony 85 mm f1. 8 What do you think? What lens should i buy?

I would definitely recommend it but be aware your subjects will be much closer. So with the lens you'll have to take a couple steps back in order to get subject in place. I use the lens for portraits and they always turn out great. 👍

The a6400 is such a fucking beast. I got the A7II, I guess they're comparable.

Thanks! and yeah I was planning to go to a big city but with COVID I wasn't able to fly out to where I wanted to go. I plan on going sometime during the fall if things start to calm down. Any suggestions on where I should go next?
