Ironically, this is probably what Kubrick saw after the 25 minutes of deleted footage from Eyes Wide Shut, his final movie before he “died of a heart attack”, was cut without reason.

@@durag.mugenzeven the common man cannot be morally just, living is simply an affront to creation, as just birth is enough to cause pain and suffering, it’s a self defeating dilemma morality, there are things that most of society can deem evil but in a way our inherently selfish continuous selves cause incredible pain even just by simple existence, we cannot eat drink or even exist as an organism at all without inflicting pain on others, but even if that was not the case our perspective robs us of the possibility of morality as we take action for personal pursuit. It’s a self defeatist theory that is unfortunately entirely out of grasp, that said we should be grateful for those who understand this and yet still strive.
