There’s this girl I’ve had my eyes on since the beginning of the school year. I didn’t tell my friends until recently because of reasons. I have a few classes with her and we have the same lunch period but i still haven’t found the courage to talk to her at all. Update on the girl. She has been giving mixed signals because I know she’s talking to somebody and she likes them but then she turns around and does things that makes me think that she like me back. And I might be thinking too much but in Chem yesterday we had a lab so when we went over to the labs, she was already at a lab table which was two tables down and one table to the right from the lab I went to afterwards and she literally moved to the one right by mine, one table down and then went to the side that was closest to me. The problem with being demisexual and introverted is that, you need to get to know people really well and to even have feelings you need a strong emotional bond, if not, it's like being friends. She's the kind of person who put's a simile on all the people around her. Sometimes it feels like she doesn't overthing the things she says like I do but she just says them in such a carefree way that it makes you admire her. okay i need help from ppl right now!! i met this girl 3 days ago at camp, and when i first saw her, i couldnt stop looking at her. i wanted to get to know her better. i think shes really pretty. she has brown hair, cut in layers, nearly down to her shoulders, blue eyes, freckles and round gold glasses as well as a really cute sense of style. but i dont know if i have a crush on her or not. i keep thinking about her, i made a playlist of songs to listen to and make fake scenarios with, but i dont have the usual feelings i fo when i have a crush on someone. usually its like butterflies as people say, but i dont get them with her. i just want her to like me so bad. shes caught me staring a couple times. when me and my friend were telling a funny story, whenver we would laugh, i would look at her, which made her look at me and i woukd look away everytime cuz i didnt want her to think i was weird. i was asked to help her practice the ukelele at camp (it was a music camp), and i was so nervous, i didnt want to mess up. i got so absorbed with ger presence whilst teaching her, i completely forgot my friend was behind me lol. and the nights before day 2 and 3 at camp (it was only 3 days long) , i took so long making an outfit cuz i wanted to impress her. i asked for everyones snapchat, but none of them had it. when i asked her if she had snspchat, and she said no, i was kinda sad and pouted, idk why, and she asked me for my number. i freaked out internally. am i reading to much into that? bc nobody else asked for my number, but she did. did i make her feel bad? she also let me read a bit of her fan fic, which was rlly funny to read. do i like her? idk. i think shes queer as well. she said that she'll text me but she hasnt yet, and she also said that she'll make a gc with me and my friend but she hasnt done it yet. maybe shes busy idk. but everytime i get a notification, i hope its her and i get excited and then let down. idk if i have an actual crush on her or not. am i just feeling like this because i want to be her friend? is it bc i barely have any queer friends at all and i want someone who can relate to me? what is going on? pls help me figure this out, ive never been in this situation before!! I think it can be a bit of both- maybe you have a slight crush, but it’s more of a “this person is cute, I wonder if we would work together” crush and not a dramatic butterflies shaking stuttering crush. But it might also be wanting to have more queer friends, I remember feeling like I had a crush on pretty much every queer or questioning girl I met when I was in high school when actually, those weren’t even crushes, it was just excitement for meeting someone who I could talk to, and they sizzled out pretty quickly, maybe not as quickly as the “pretend” crushes I gave myself when I still thought I liked boys, but quickly nonetheless. And then I found out I was demiromantic, and to this day I feel like the only person I’ve truly fallen in love with is my current girlfriend who I had known for 2 years before developing feelings for her, and another year before starting to date her. All of this to say, I think it’s perfectly fine for you to want to explore your feelings for someone, I would advise messaging her first if you also have her number, and if not… well, wait I guess, although it’s been three weeks since your comment so perhaps either she forgot or she might not want to message anymore. Maybe you will both develop feelings, maybe you’ll just stay good friends, what matters is that you both feel happy in the end
I am bi she's bi but we joke a lot about getting together but it is always in a joke way but now that I have asked her I don't know if she took it in a serious way or a friendly way (she said yes but in a gif so I am not sure ).
