Yeewwww skate that deck ! Set it up and rip it up ! I had that colorway lance Mountain back in the mid 80's. Good stuff go get some 🤙🏻

That's awesome. It's a pretty sick colourway...so clean. Think I'm gonna keep this one on the wall but my intention right now is to get an S13 Hawk to skate.

Hawk was never my favorite skater, Caballero and Hosoi are tied for that honor, but his decks were always pretty badass. I haven't been able to bring myself to drop the kind of cash his Powell decks bring, but I have a Chicken Skull old school shape Birdhouse that's still in the shrink, and I dig the red and black graphic on the white deck. It's a bit different from the Powell design, but still cool and a ton less money. You're 100% right, it would be cool if the pink on that deck popped like in the pic on the rider card.

Cab and Hosoi are killer...gotta give props where they're due🤙🏼 The Birdhouse sounds pretty sick...nice score. Pricing is getting a little crazy but they know who the target audience is so it keeps going up.

@@80slove for shore and the bottle nose is so good for noes grabs thats what my dad told me he skating in the 80s now I am in to 80s skating but because I am 11 I cant afford an old school skateboard yet to get one

@@malachy1367 That's amazing. Seems like the 80s shapes and sizes are coming back strong in the younger generation. Skaters like Andy Anderson and Christopher Hiett are killing the old school vibes.

any bonite in these reissue boards? I have an original of the deck your holding hanging on the wall behind me. "purchased august of 87 at Berts surf shop on vacation in N.C." I also have another one in the purple that's in really good shape on original tracker "plastic base plate" trucks

No Bonite in the reissues. The Bonite was a bit of a fail so I don't see them bringing it back even for nostalgia purposes.

I heard Cab say "they would separate long ways" I was curious if guys like me building a wall hanger if you could get one just for hanging purposes. thanks for responding. I just got my 87 bats/bones natural to build and hang next to my OG Hawk decks and I jut built a new and old school Ripsaw for my brother. one to hang and one for him to ride with his daughter. Thanks for sharing your boards!

Unfortunately your best luck for the Bones Brigade Series 12 Hawk will be eBay. You might find the most recently released Series 13 Hawk at a local store if you're lucky.
