This practice was rather different than the western yoga practices ( in a good way). I enjoyed this one. I felt my body was strengthened and lengthened. Usually, I do not feel good after practice. Usually, my lack of flexibility worsens. Namaste 🙏🏻

There hav to b asanas to strengthen nd lengthen back of legs hip etc.to be able to stretch so much nd balance..I'm shaking on my right leg..Nd to lift arms behind my back was difficult..lazy muscles on the legs!!😕
Also pls concen trate on women above 40-50..!their body needs more careful working..especially cause of overstress.nd severe non flexibility!I'm sure cn help
