Thank you, Alberto, for letting me meet my power animal for the first time. The bald eagle actually came to me before we reached the part in the meditation where my power animal was supposed to show up. It is still inside me and also sitting on my right shoulder.❤

I was very pleased to welcome Mother Jaguar as my power animal. I can now feel her within and around me. I didn't expect it to be her but it feels so right and my body feels warm and radiating. To walk as the Jaguar feels so powerful. I welcome this connection.

Thank you for this, I have been disconnected and distracted with a relationship that has now failed. My spirit animal was Eagle and his lesson I need to let go of my idea "I can't do this alone" and he is offering connection with spirit the word I heard was "transmutation" with spirit.
