Can you provide an example table of the URLs working. I can get another Screen in the project to work from the detail lines but not a URL. Also, when I made my SharePoint "IsHeader" to a SharePoint "Yes/No" column, I had to change the filter to IsHeader = true. Thanks for the lessons in PowerApps I'm getting building this component.
