Just another example of M$ being absolutely useless. Thanks for the video! It is unbelievable that we have to do all this to achieve something so simple. Do they even use their own products?
Hello, in my case my flows were in a solution. Changing the owner was not that easy, for solution-aware flows. So I did not follow your workaround, instead I have just shared my flows to the service account. While being connected to it, I added a new Approvals connection adn selected it directly on the Approvals action. It seems that the flow is now using the right connection, because 'Created by ' is displayed as expected. Thank you anyway, it's so frustrating to see that Microsoft didn't add a feature for hiding this yet..
Hi Aravindh, ID, Created, Created By, Modified and Modified By are columns we cannot add or edit. They are owned and controlled by SharePoint. There are a few other hidden column names that we also cannot use.
