After making this video I realized that there is a default limit of 100 names. For the list members step click the 3 dots for the action, click settings, toggle pagination on, and you can put up to 5k in the field to pull more names.
Hi Nikhil, I have tried this one but the Excel connector was not being my friend. You post made me remember to go back and see if I can figure it out. For now what I have been doing is doing a copy/paste from Outlook into Excel. My next thing to try is sending it to Lists. That connector seems to work better. I will let you know what I figure out.
This is such a great flow! Our team often receives requests for this and going into azure is a pain in the ass. I'll have to share how to do this. Thank you!!
I wanted to share what I think is a funny story with you. I have LifeLock and they monitor my social media accounts now. Yesterday I got a message saying I had something to look at on RU-vid that flagged their profanity filter. It was your comment pain in the a.. This made me laugh because that seems like such an average statement these days. Who wrote that filter my 85 year old grandma.
Hi, to be fully transparent, I am not a technical SME on Power Automate. I am not sure why the flow failed when I tested it as a member of a team. I only know that it only worked when I was the owner. It may be how Microsoft created the connector or it could be something that the admin restricted where I work. I encourage you to give it a try and see if you see the same experience. If you cannot create this flow as a member of the Team I would bet it is something Microsoft coded.
Hi, the Group ID is generated in the background when you select the team that you want from the drop down list. If your team is not on the list you would use enter custom value. Go to the desired Team and click the 3 dots for more options, then get a copy link for the team. Paste that into Word or text file and the group ID is at the end of the URL.
