This is Power Automate Embed Image to Email tutorial where we will learn to embed image using base64 encoding method. we will embed image from SharePoint document library.
Thank you so much! Works perfectly. I have seen other videos where they left out too much detail to actually make this work. Your instructions are very comprehensive, and that's what I appreciates about yous.
Thanks for this great video. I recommend, for people who would like to add a variable in an HTML tag, to do so in another variable of type string. Then insert this new variable containing all the HTML tag in the mail.
Thanks for the video I tried to add 2 images, but it keep display the first one in the 2 locations, even that I've added the base64() for the second one and I renamed the get file content to make sure that I'm calling the correct image, can you help?

Good explanation. But can you show how can we send email image from Share Point library to gmail id. Can we send like that actually? The method you explained i tried . But in gmail inbox i got email with base64 encoded text. It was not rendered as image. Please advise what to do.
Hi, I have tried this and working fine. By the way, I used gif instead of image. Thank you. But when I changed the gif file, it did not work anymore. Please advise, I cant find where is the mistake. Old gif size is 500KB while the new gif size is 4MB. Is that the issue?
Hi! your videos are always awesome! it did help me a lot with my work btw, seems like i cannot switch the HTML view back to normal view after using this code, is there any way to solve this issue? thank you in advance!
@@LernenTech normally I switch the view back by clicking button that look like this (on the top left of email body box) as you can see from 2:21 the button is black but after you write the code (2:27) it turns grey and i cannot press that button to turn back to normal view anymore. Are there any other ways to switch back? Thank you so much!
@@yadachanpratad2949 For future wonderers, there is no way to switch back. Instead, send a copy of the email youd like to send to yourself. Open the email in it's own window by double clicking from outlook. Right click on the body, and click "view source". it will open a txt. or .rft file with all of your email code. Use this in the html window of the send email action.
Please show the same image in client outlook which is outlook app used in desktop not the "Web outlook". I tried the same way, does not get the image in outlook desktop instead get some image characters.
Thanks for this video. i am looking for a solution for the opposite way. When an email arrives with images in the body, SharePoint should display them somehow, whether in a description field or as an attachment or similar. Is this possible with Base64 or is there another way?
