This power bag is a great demonstration of the ideal components of a swing. It has explosive fast switch movement to the bag and staying through the bag to simulate the back carry on a baseball. Also the strength needed is also there, so without a doubt the power bag exercise developes power hitters. Great job Joe keep making elite and revolutionary baseball drills and ideas
