@@RVideoTutorials while going through your tutorial, I found a shorter way to categorize the restaurant types. Either South Indian or North Indian. I simply used a conditional column to create two columns NI restaurant and SI restaurant. Then I used a custom column to write an if else statement referencing both conditional columns categorizing them into South Indian, North Indian, Both and Other
