Trev,u are able to do the tour racing.To play emm u need to go to options n go to activities then press on "pro racing" n it will show u the tour racing and it tell u to go to the HQ n buy a tour car first before racing.

test Drive them Tmartn like that Mercedes AMG or any car you want from any HQ simply select them let them spawn and test drive .. for Boat racing you're right it's hard i don't know it needs much learn .. for your car it needs upgrade from loots etc.. I'm currently grinding and saving in the beta for Pagani Huayra IF POSSIBLE it cost 800,840$ , if not I'll Buy Pagani Zonda i only need about 100K to get it ..
