@@Mannymac25 the key points that I always look at is the wording, also these trailers always are scrambled to throw us off. People always look at trailers like that’s the order of actions for the episode rather than looking at it completely. I don’t believe Diana believes what she is telling Monet, remember Diana saying in the season trailer that it’s always Monet…..either saxe is alive and helping Riq to get back at Jenny! Or Riq told Diana about the file and Monet doesn’t know that saxe is dead! But there is no way that they would leave Saxe telling Diana that Tariq set her up off screen! So it’s only one of 2 things possible.

But one thing that I noticed was in the trailer, Diana said that Saxe (says) Tariq set me up to get arrested! Not Saxe (said) ! She wasn’t speaking in past tense, she was speaking in present time! Which means that she would have had to speak with him after he was shot! And Monet saying that this could be a set up! Unless Diana was playing Monet after she finds out the truth about Lorenzo! Riq could be the one who told Diana about the file in his room! Because remember Riq is on offense now! And it’s odd that he is also talking to Davis about the file! And how would he have gotten it? It could also be saxe who tells Riq about the file knowing that Riq didn’t want him dead! And could have told him everything if he survived which leads Riq to lead Diana to find out the truth! Because Saxe never said to Diana that Riq set her up when she pointed them towards Effie! So either Diana is playing Monet in that moment, which is part of Riq’s plan or Saxe is alive!

First of all, Saxe has no proof that Davis killed that man other than him confessing which he didn’t wear a wire when Davis confessed, second of all Ghost didn’t get shot from the back like Saxe did and ghost didn’t get hit in his heart, he was able to function very well and way better than Saxe while “bleeding out”
