This is a great video to showcase this little bargain and temper expectations. It is comparable to quite a few little 1/28ish sized cars, usually cheaper without proportional steering or more than double the price for the hobby grade brands. Compared to either of those it is more capable and handles decent for cars of this size. The brand names cars battery lasts longer due to their lighter weight and less tourque, and the steering is quicker. Steering radius and handling depends on which model and what surface your on. Also they are pretty durable so you do get a bit what you pay for. However, for the money the Safari Racer is a deal, its handling, speed, off road “capability” and lights make it very competitive in this corner of RC cars regardless of the fact it costs less.

The wheel in the back I think is legit, from the looks of mine, you might be able to actually use it in the event one breaks.

I can pick up this RC car right now for $11.00 is it worth it ???
