Cop got sued, and was a defendant in no less than three lawsuits costing the town over $2 million, he was made to retire...but his actions are still being investigated.

He stepped out of his car, giving commands to someone who was just taking pictures. Since those commands were unlawful, said citizen did not need to comply and after that the cop pulled a gun on said innocent unarmed citizen. If you think cops should have the right to go up to any individual, give commands and question them and pull guns on them when they refuse, you should try moving to north korea.
