We don't know how much powerful Hitogami is. But I know thats Ruijerd stronger than Ghislain. And I think Rudeus stronger than Jino Britts. (With MK0)

Orsted can beat the technique God Laplace. But Demonic Dragon God Laplace before he was split in half was the Strongest.

First of all : perugius is nowhere near current rudeus or oldeus in his overall strength metric , he's high emperor- low god at best ( in case you've missed how oldeus was contemplating to kill him easily), secondly , the current Randolph in the story is much weaker than anyone major in the decisive battle barring ruijerd and eris probably ,thirdly technique god laplace is weaker than orsted and it's confirmed by the anime itself at this point ( if you've meant demon dragon king laplace then sure ) , overall it's a good list .

I pretty much agree with the tier list but... Just to put it simple: -Ruijerd is said to be on par if not stronger than Ghislaine by rudeus... Is his perception not an actual fact. -Isolte is underrated as hell she should be at least emperor. -Perugius is stronger than it seems demonstrated by how he did atofe that time (He just does not care). -Adult Kishirika is God but currently she is not. The demon Emperor is just how she es known And no... Ruijerd is not in the same level as Eris. When they are both fighting with Gul Farion, Ruijerd cannot even see the blades of Eris and Gul with their most powerful techniques. He is only able to block Gul because he used Water style and not his main school. Basically Eris is Insanely powerful and Isolte could be God in my opinion. -Rank does not mean someone is stronger(proved by Eris that is king but really she could be Emperor), in a sense there are some characters of lower rank that could beat higher ranks because natural advantages or feats. -EDIT(The Uper 4 Powers are in another league)

Ruijerd>Ghislaine Isolte>Nina(isolte is severely underrated when she's parrying all of Fighting God Badigadi's attacks) Malta>Atofe(This is one of the reasons why the battle thirsty Demon King resorted to hostaging Malta's people instead of just battling him head front, plus her sword broke when she attacked him) Alex>Randolph(Randolph is repeatedly stated to be past his prime to the point that he even admitted that he would lose to MK1 Rudy). Mk0 Rudy>Oldeus(Oldeus is only Mk1 level sorry not sorry) Fighting God(The full power not the weaker version Rudeus fought)> Technique God and Demon God. Demon Dragon God>Fighting God Hitogami>=Orsted
