Some things to clarify: - King tier magic is enough to grow back limbs, so that's what Orsted probably used. Emperor and God tier healing spells would be even more amazing! - you guys have kindly let me know that there were a couple reasons why Orsted healed Rudeus: SPOILERS: . . . . . . . . Orsted is time looping, so in his previous loops he never saw Nanahoshi and Rudeus. Due to the mana displacement incident everyone got moved/died in random places. Orsted thought this loop was ruined. Nanahoshi said it may be interesting to take a chance on Rudeus doing something helpful in the future. Since he like Nanahoshi is not affected by Orsted's curse. He may be helpful in defeating hitogami. Plus the other reason(s) I mentioned : )
yeah but in the future diary rudeus needed a god tier scroll just to heal roxy’s stone syndrome, i’d imagine that to save someone on the brink of death with a hole in their stomach and a lot of blood loss, you’d need god tier healing too

He didn't heal him out on a wimp. In the manga, they(orsted and nanahoshi) discuss that's this abnormal person(rud) could be a different factor in defeating the one god. So orsted agreed to save him
Good point but the only flaw I see from the author is that Rudeus never confirmed if he was under the control of hitogami or not. We know Orsted goes straight for the kill as soon as he suspects you for being hitogami's apostle. As soon as Rudeus mentioned hitogami there is a v high chance he is hitogami's apostle from Orsted's view point. Otherwise, normal people do not know what hitogami is. Even Rujerd who has lived 400+ years did not know hitogami. So Nanahoshi argument seems v weak imo. Because Orsted would end up healing a potential hitogami apostle. Sure Rudeus is different because he doesn't avert his gaze but that doesn't really mean he is not a follower of hitogami.
@@mash6205 it's been years since I read MT but one thing we know about Orsted, and generally most characters in this story, is that they're complex. They're not just one dimensional characters that only fulfills their role in the story. Afair, nanahoshi told orsted that rudeus might be able to help out. Rudeus doesn't fear Orsted, even though he's cursed to be feared by all living beings in THAT world. Rudeus' existence is a big anomaly as he shouldn't have existed in that world in the first place, just like Nanahoshi. What can Orsted infer from those information? You can say Orsted got curious and took risk, but if my memory serves me correct, he kept watch on rudeus (?)
@@Fuannai04 Yep Orsted did get curious. I read somewhere where Orsted thought this was going to be a failed loop. So he took this risk to heal the Rudeus and make a bet on the anomaly. But I don't think he kept a watch on him tho
@@mash6205Orsted wouldn't wouldn't care, if Rudeus was actuallly against him the timeline would reset. But for him Rudeus has a 1% chance that he could help destroy hitogami, so he'll take it
Violet fire burns at around 40000k. We don't know what level the healing magic was, it could have been king level tbh, it's enough to regrow lost limbs and Rudy was not dead yet when he cast the spell.
This video made me even more hyped for the next season even though ortsted wont be in it as far as i know, i dont think it goes that far, but i'm sure the adaptation for SPOILERS FOR ANIME ONLY PEOPLE: him running from Nanahoshi at the school is gonna be funny to see. I've only read up to volume 20 so far (need to start volume 21, i have the book in my room), but so far from what i've read, my favorite arc is gonna be adapted, volume 7 of the LN, depressed magician arc, idk why but i love it, and also the school arc in general because of Cliff and Zanoba
It's gonna be so awesome to see the rest of the cast. Because they stick around until mostly the end of the story if you know what I mean. I'm this season Rudeus is going to be fighting more which is also good to see!
Without Nanahoshi Rudy could have groveled at Orsted’s feet to save himself but having Nanahoshi save him is way more interesting. I wouldn’t call it plot convenience but rather story telling mastery. Also i can’t wait to see the scene where they meet in season 2.. reading it really cracked me up

As I just recently know Orsted created time loop. So this is not the first loop he failed before. Anohoshi give a point that he can't argue. Without abnormalities Orsted will fail again the loop will start all over again.
Yeah it's weird that he healed him and gone and nanahoshi didn't wait to confirm if he from another world or not . Nanahoshi should have stopped orsted before killing him
This episode was very refreshing cause that trauma that Orsted cause for them will make them stronger, but idk what happen in the next season I almost drop season 1 part 2 cause I saw no development in Rudeus and its kinda frustating and sometimes kinda 💩💩
Because the story would end without the protagonist even though there other characters that are way more interesting than him that could potentially continue the storyline!
Rudeus can't use healing magic without changing. He can do any other magic that he knows without chanting. Orsted thought if he could do normal magic without chanting he could also do healing magic without chanting
Nah, Orsted is just lonely. The idea that someone like Nanahoshi who is unaffected by his curse also exists gave him a spark of hope. :3 also Major Spoilers from the web novels!!! In the accident, the only injured person in the scene found was the protagonist. The three high schoolers he tried to save mysteriously disappeared. They were summoned. The protagonist on the other hand was reincarnated, and it was by accident (no puns intended).
Typical anime fight - 1) fight to death, 2) ok I will save you, nevermind. We see this scenario everywhere, cheap trics to make content. Do not think too much searching for the deep meaning in such scenes, it is not exists.

@@frouzen5974 basically a lil special girl who doesn't have a nams from the future is stuck on a timeloop just like orsted, she stuck being a tool for the kingdom and always live a miserable life and die restarting again, but on one loop she is being used for summoning a hero from another world to aid in the war that hero is the bf of nana, he then treated her like nobody else and even giving her a name, she got the best loop ever ever since he got there, but unfortunately he died in the war because he was just an ordinary human nothing special similar to nana probably. She then uses all her power to get this loop again so she intervene with the past where she weren't even born( i still dk if nana bf is perma death or not maybe not because we see him in beside nana when the truck incident happened). It was supposed to be nana that was summoned to the past to aid her in summoning nana's bf, but rudy saved nana from truck-kun and missed the summoning portal and rudy soul slipped into the portal and made it way to rudeus greyrat body that was supposed to be stillborn in every loop. After all this i think the loop girl lost her powerand will born late in the future where maybe she will also live a normal life because of no power. The isekai is breaking because someone is tempering to the past( just like oldeus, he lost his organ) and the teleport incident happened also in the area where nana bf was summoned the future, maybe that's why is in that area.
