Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 or any other medel has a faulty Power liftgate. The power liftgate won't open all the way and the chime will sound 3 times with any switch inputs. The power liftgate has a faulty POWER STRUT (LIFTER). Hyundai service center will replace a POWER STRUT (LIFTER). You don't have to pay for it if the car is still under warranty (5 year in Australia). You can buy a replacement POWER STRUT (LIFTER) for a few hundreds dollars on ebay and try it yourself at your own risk. The liftgate is quite heavy. You need a friend to help.
