Sir, my brother verbally abuse my mother and me daily. My mom tells me to ignore him. What to do?? Whenever I protest, my brother starts breaking things in home like "Jug ka paani gira diya", "Mobile todne ki dhamki diya" etc. Should I Remain silent?? Because protesting against makes things worse as he starts ruining our home. Answer please, I'm waitin' for your reply

When I failed in 8th and 12th class and also in college 1st year my relatives and specially meri bua ka ladka jo padhai m mujhse aage nikl gya they scold me alot. Uske baad m underground ho gya and banking exam ki tyari krne lga after 4years of preparation I got selected in PNB as PO Mne kisi ko nhi btaya 4 saal ki m kya krta hu uske baad jb unko pta lga u can't imagine the expression of their faces 😂😂

Every day early in the morning I spend my some hours in meditation. Believe me or not, but this kind of practice has turned me to attain silence. Not only physical silence but also mental silence. It's motivate me to attain peace. Earlier I was thinking that someone or other should be there with me to chit chat. But now the picture is different I don't require anymore anyone to do gossip or even have a single word. And additional to this I keep myself immersed in various activities. According to me what I experienced is that practicing meditation one can attain the power of silence & even more than that one can meet to their own self. And this meeting to his or her own self will shoot down their innumerable problems and challenges that come across their life. It's even break down the thought of to be rely on someone else. It's truly awesome habit. But on another hand it's also dangerous. No one can predict who will do what & at what time. Some creatures are there their silent brings storms into another lives.
