Power of the Horde is a song released with Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne on July 1, 2003, which is included in the TFT expansion. The song "appeared" on the band's fictional 2003 album, also titled Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. A 2005 BlizzCon announcement made it a joke that the song was a single "sold millions of dollars" single and the fictional album that was taken from the "popular small computer game" is remembered as a feature. additionally, while these "facts" are quite the opposite in reality (the song itself is considered a reward for the hugely popular expansion for Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos).
