Just purchased this pressure cooker. Will be trying recipes and posting them to this channel.
NOTE: It did take the cooker 50 minutes the first time to pressurize! Says is will take only 17 minutes. You have to fill it with water first and run it.
UPDATE !!! 10-5-21 Still works great. No problems. I did replace the inner pot once.
Sorry for the poor audio. We used my phone in a pinch today.

Just got my 8qt PPCXL today. I thought I was going nuts until I saw your video. THANK YOU for telling everyone it takes more than 17 minutes to pressurize the first time you use it. Mine took almost an hour. You've got a new subscriber!
