It does not, but it is a power hog. I would recommend going out and fishing with it for an extended time and seeing if you have enough battery. The biggest thing is DO NOT have it on your starting battery. I know this from experience. If you do, you will not know until it is too late and you will have to get a jump start. That is why I have it separate. I fished a tournament one time where my starting battery was dead after about 2 hours because of Livescope and once I got a jump from another boat I spend the next 6 hours with my motor running just to finish the tourney. Sarge... Last year I ran acid, but I just got a 106 mounted front to network with my 93sv now mounted over the wheel. I got two LifePo 30ah's, one for each unit. I usually fish no more than about 9 hours, and will be heading out when the weather breaks here... Am I okay, or should I tandem them to 60ah capable? Already have my allowance in this re rig and can't afford another 100ah just yet... And hey from Lake Murray!
ha ha, I understand the allowance. I think you will be find, but unfortunately the only way to find out is to get out there and try it. I do not see an advantage to doing a parallel on them. I know I could fish for a good 8 hours with my 30 ah battery, but had to have a charge the next day. This battery allows me to not have to charge if i am in a spot with no or limited power. Great question, but i think you will be fine.

FWIW, when I ordered the 30's, I thought they'd be good, but when I saw the vid and you said the 100 ran down 80%, I was like "oh - no"!
