Request In a world where people still consider mythologies and magic as things from the past, an ancient group of warriors from Greece has existed since ancient times to protect and serve humanity from behind the shadows. They call themselves the Saints. They lived in a secret place in Greece. They called that place their sanctuary. Their leader is Athena. Athena is the Greek goddess of wisdom, justice, courage, inspiration, and the arts. However, after a long time of peace, a sinister conspiracy within the sanctuary, involving a girl considered to be the reincarnation of Athena, divides the saints. Only five young underdogs can stop that conflict and save the girl, whose name is Saori Kido. Seiya is a brave young man from Japan. He loves fighting for what is right. His goal is to reunite himself with his long-lost sister. He can shoot the powers of the stars through his fist. Pegasus is his constellation of stars. Pegasus is a white-winged horse from Greek mythology. Shiryu is a young but very wise and strong-willed martial artist with both Chinese and Japanese blood. He can also fight and break through anything with the incredible power of a dragon. Dragon is Shiryu's constellation of stars. Hyoga is a young outsider from the north who lives and fights with his powers of ice for the honour and loving memories of his deseased mother. Cygnus is Hyoga's constellation of stars. Cygnus is also known as a swan. Shun is a gentle pacifist from Japan who hates violence and only fights for what is right if he feels that he has to do so. His chains can help him fight his enemies and protect himself from anything. His constellation of stars is Andromeda. Andromeda was a princess who lived in Ancient Greece. The gods of Mount Olympus forced her to become a chained sacrifice for a sea monster, Kraken, in order to save her kingdom from destruction as punishment for her mother's blasphemy against them. However, Perseus, a heroic demigod of Zeus who rode with Pegasus, used the head of the gorgon, Medusa, to turn Kraken into a stone, saving her life. Ikki is the lone wolf from Japan who has a burning passion to become the strongest of all and to protect and avenge his own family and friends. Phoenix is Ikki's constellation of stars. In ancient times, every nation considered the Phoenix to be the immortal bird of fire that could never die. The great forces of evil are targeting Saori Kido, the reincarnation of Athena. Without her life, guidance, and wisdom, every fate will lose its balance and fall. Our five young but brave heroes must complete their noble quests to save her life and the whole of the human race and humanity with loyalty, integrity, friendship, love, honour, courage, spirit, wisdom, and sacrifice. Feel the power of the cosmos. Burn the cosmos within your body until it can be even greater than your enemies and the universe itself. Focus it all on your fists and weapons. (Not that she was necessarily the first, but she's a good example I think). Also in '66, Bruce Lee was in "The Green Hornet", so I guess Asian representation probably got an uptick after that year too.

Well the plot is way better for this story than the original. Five pilots finding and alien artifact in the desert and then recruited to fight evil using alien tech. Makes more sense than five teens randomly chosen to fight crime.😁

That was actually a dumbass human’s choice 😂 my thought was that sadly an Asian woman would not be permitted in the Air Force during WWII as the US were actively putting Japanese American citizens in concentration camps.

Swapping Trini for Tim makes it more accurate, because in Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger (Super Sentai season that Might Morphin Power Rangers was based on), the yellow ranger was actually a man (that's the reason Trini didn't have breasts or a skirt when morphed like Kimberly did).

It’s supposed to be made in the style of a late 1950s movie as a period piece of a fictional event that took place during WWII in the 30s/40s. There were many films made in the 50s about WWII. I thought that would be obvious, sorry.
